All sales made through Sutter Antiques are final. By purchasing an item through our website, by phone, or through direct inquiry, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all available information and are satisfied with the item’s condition, authenticity, dimensions, and suitability prior to completing your purchase.

We encourage all clients to ask questions, request additional photographs, or arrange an in- person viewing before purchasing.

Descriptions, photographs, measurements, and other information provided by Sutter Antiques are intended as a general guide only and may not include every detail, characteristic, repair, imperfection, or sign of age.

Any statements regarding an item’s age, origin, maker, materials, provenance, condition, or historical significance represent our professional opinion only and should not be interpreted as guarantees or warranties.

Measurements and weights are approximate. Colors and tones may appear differently on various screens or in printed materials than they do in person.

Inspection & Due Diligence

Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before purchasing. We strongly recommend inspecting items in person whenever possible or consulting with a qualified restorer, conservator, or other professional advisor prior to purchase.
